Dear Support,

I'm trying to activate draftsight on my networked machine, I have put an allowance within our firewall for the machine in question and placed the proxy settings in the required box and it successfully activated, however after reboot, its stating that i need to "activate the product" but when I put the proxy settings in again nothing happens - when i press "cancel" or "back" it states that i have passed my 30 free days and need to activate, if i press "Ok" Draftsight disappears and closes. I have tried to reinstall the product to see if that helps but no avail.

Does anyone have any help regarding this?
