I have noticed a lot of issues in iQuestions related to DraftSight Activation. We are also having trouble. For some users it prompts them to activate the software again and they do so. The problem is they never receive the confirmation email. We have tried different email addresses but get the same result. This has never been a problem in the past and has only occurred recently. One possible fix appears to be starting the machine in safemode with networking...I have not yet tried this as I am hoping for a better solution!
Can you please confirm this as a problem and offer the very best solution?
