Out of the blue, my copy of Draftsight required reactivation, so I followed the process, and it won't load. The screen flashes like it is loading then it instantly disappears.

I've removed and reinstalled the application and it is doing the same thing. This is urgent for me as I have a project urgently needing completion - are you able to give help and advice at all?
