I've installed DraftSight x64 on Dell Optiplex 755 (Windows 7 Pro 64-bit). Application is always crashing on startup:

Event: 1000 - application crash

App causing error: DraftSight.exe, ver: 15.1.0.58258,

Module causing error: KERNELBASE.dll, ver: 6.1.7601.18409.

I've reinstalled DraftSight, checked system with sfc /scannow command - and nothing works. Any suggestion?
