Draftsight 2024 re-activation fails in MAC

I recently replaced my 2019 macMINI with a 2024 one.  I was running Draftsight Professional 2024 no problems and restored the application onto the new machine. However when I run Draftsight it requires (re) activation but repeatedly fails.  This fails if I use the automatic activation or the manual.  When I raise a support request, the system places the issue at Priority 3.  However I can't access Draftsight at present.  I have downloaded again and reinstalled but the same thing happens.  Any advice?
