I installed Draftsight 2024, after using 2021 version. I cannot activate the licence on this new version, I get the following error message :

Activation count exceeded. Deactivate a license from another computer and try again. 3/0

It seems that it is a recurrent problem on DS2024 activation, but when I try to submit a ticket, everytime I get this message :

"An unexpected error occurred.

We're sorry, but there's been an error related to your submission to our Support Student form.

A notification has been sent to our Support team, and every attempt will be made to resolve this issue as soon as possible."

I tried to send an email to Support email adress ('support@solidworks.com, Draftsight.Standard.Online@3ds.com, DraftSight.Premium.online@3ds.com), but they are not monitored anymore...

Please, can you provide some help ? a valid support email address?
