Just updated my DS 2020 standard SP4 which was not opening some DWGs.

Update process was as usual, license, activation, profile transfer all Ok

Icon appeared on my desktop [W!0 latest version) ok.

Click to run... Full ribbon appears... then dissappears leaving single menu line at top

Select open to open an existing file .. FLASH BANG shuts down completely back to Desktop
