We have a client who has just purchased Draftsight 2021 Professional. After installing the instance crashed every time they tried to rescale a document. We've tried the eval version on some other machines in the office and they all do the same. We also tried wiping a machine and reinstalling windows 10, patching it and installing the latest video drivers, etc. Same result.
There are other operations which cause the application to crash but I'm concentrating on this one.
Any suggestions? I have not contacted support yet but if noone has any suggestions it will be my next step.
