DraftSight 2020 SP4 x64 and Windows 7

I changed the customisation file (.mnu) and now the programme does not work. When I start the programme I get the window "draftsight crash report".

I have repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled and it still doesn't work.

Draftsight has been running smoothly for years with the same computer and Windows 7 ultimate sp1.

Can anyone help me?
