We have purchased a Draftsight Pro license that we have applied to an installation of DS 2019 SP3 on a Windows 10 Dell computer. The license has been applied successfully. When the application is started it attempts to config the system as though it has just been installed or the installation was not completed. This only happens on two of the 8-10 places we have this software deployed. The licenses for the affected systems were purchased at the same time if that makes any difference.
