We've noticed with DraftSight 2019 SP1 the software reinstall's itself on every launch when running within Windows 10.
What we’ve tried so far
- Granting users full access to all Dessault folders in ProgramData and Program Files
- Granting users full access to the Dessault registry keys
- Installed on a non-domain joined new computer (Straight out of the box)
- Given users full administrator rights to their computer
- Reinstalled using the latest installer available on your website (This was last attempted today)
- Run a repair on the install
Any ideas? From what we’ve seen in the past this is caused by an issue with the installer
