How do I get the Save As dialog box back? I'm currently only being given the command window where I have to type all the options in, like file format, location, etc. I click File > Save As... and I only get the following in the command window, and no dialog box.

I have now discovered that the Edit Component dialog box is also missing.

I have done a repair install to no avail.
