DraftSight 2019 Professional starts installing/configuring something each time it starts. Also, it is impossible to delete Desktop shortcut. If I try to right click it, I get the same problem like starting DraftSight. DraftSight installs/configures something and the icon jums to old location.

Tried reinstalling - no difference.
