I am a longtime user of Draftsight. I have been using it since july 2017 (I have never had a crash and it worked perfectly every time) until I purchased the product as per the email document below. I installed 2019 and so far I've been really disappointed: it crashed again 3 times today and I lost a lot of work. this also happens with small files, and it also happens on a different computer. I use it on the computer with which I used v2018 without problems until yesterday. How can I get support for these problems? this is an urgent problem for me. thank you
