I am having issues with getting DraftSight 2019 SP3 to run.  After installation it will not run.  DraftSight opens up but after 5 seconds it tells me it has to close and to try to save my work.  I am using Windows 7 PRO 32-bit.  I have tried a clean install, and this did not work.
