Hi,

I installed 2018 SP2 free version and now I cannot run it at all. I get an error stating my serial number is incorrect, even though I am using the free version. The program will start but when I try to open a saved document from 2017 I get the following error and the program closes. The crash report dialog says that is cannot send a crash report. Is there any way to get the install files for 2017 SP0 by chance? At least that one works.
