We have installed Draftsight 2018 Free version installed on Windows 10 Pro Version 1703

Intel (R) Core(TM) i3-7100 CPU @ 3.90gHZ, 64-bit operating system, x64 based processor

DRAFTSIGHT 2018 free version installed. Activation done through the email. But not working when internet off.

Attached the error message window. Please suggest how to proceed.
