I recently was required to download the window 7 64 bit, draftsight 2017 SP1. After down loading, I was linear dimensioning and notice the dimensioning was not correct. So I zoom in to where I snapped on the end of the entity and it was off. When I pointed the cursor to the end of the entity it showed “end”, but did not lock on. So I tried it a few more time and it can be long or short. If I am dimension horizontally it can be off to the left or right of the entity point. If dimension vertically, it can be off to the top or bottom of the entity point. After looking into this a little more, I have the same issue with if I am drawing a line from an existing line to line. If I point my cursor to the end of the line it shows "end" but does not lock on. it will be off in one direction or another.

Please don't reply back that yours work, because mine doe not. How do I fix this issue?
