We are attempting to install and test draftsight 2017 SP1 x64    The install fails on the fxVistaPreview.dll registration.  No other programs fail to install or update. This is being installed as an Admin and no antivirus installed at this time, to trouble shoot.  It is a Windows 7 Pro 64Bit. Below is the event log.
