Since upgrading to Draftsight 2017, free edition, the Entity Snap (ESnap) is having some serious accuracy problems. I will let ESnap help me establish the start point for the line, but when I'm done, the line might be as much as 0.004" off form the entity point I wanted to start from. For example, if I want to draw a line starting at the bottom of a circle, I will hover the mouse over the circle, the quadrant point shows up, says "Quadrant", and if I get close enough, the cursor will snap to the quadrant point. Everything is fine. If I click and drag to draw a line, it will draw just fine, but when I let go, I swear I can actually see the line jump to a new position. SNAP is turned off, and I'm starting from a quadrant that's a nice round number any, but the line will be a few thousands off. Very frustrating to have to go back and fix every line like this. Moving entities is the same. If I select an entity and select MOVE, I pick up the entity from an end point or midpoint, etc., then drag it to a desired ESnap position on another entity, and as soon as I let go, it drops it a few thousands off from where I indicated. This happens almost every time, but it never happened prior to the upgrade. Is there a sensitivity setting I haven't found yet, a bug in the install, or a deliberate attempt by Dassault tog et me to purchase the Professional version?

Cevin
