Hi all,

I downloaded the hotfix, for 2017 version, still didn't work. I've deleted the program and installed 2017 service pack 1, received the email, activated everything ok.

When I now click on the program to open it, I get the initial small box/picture showing it's DS 2017, then at the point where it would go to full screen it appears as though that's what it's doing but it disappears completely and won't run/load.

I've uninstalled and reloaded several times, even tried the hotfix with it but that won't load as it's already included (I'm assuming).

 Anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong here?
