DraftSight 2017 created VCWizards and VCProjects folders in my Root Dir

When I installed DraftSight 2017 SP1 (64bit) on my brand-new Windows 7 Professional computer, the installation process created 2 folders in the root directory of my drive.

  • C:\\vcprojects
  • C:\\VCWizards

If I un-install Draftsight the folders are removed.

Note: DraftSight 2016 did NOT create these folders, (or it put them somewhere I cannot find).

Question: Why are these folders in my root directory?

Can I force the installation procedure to put them somewhere else, or can I move them without breaking Draftsight?

Thank you,

Jeff
