i can not activate Draftsight 2016 SP1 Prof with the serialnumber

Not via mail an not via internet:

"Warning: Serial number not valid for this SOLIDWORKS version"

I this a known bug ? .... i am from Germany

What can i do ?

Is licenseactivation@solidworks.com the correct email adress for license issues ?
