Dear All,

I have DraftSight 2016 installed on my HP Envy tablet.

My tablet was running Windows 8.1 Home 32 bit and I upgraded the system to Windows 10 Home 32 bit.

Since the upgrade, DraftSight has stopped running. Or, to be more precise it crashes as soon as it starts up with an error message "The Programme must Close. Before it closes you can try and save the changes in: filepath" the file name stated is Just the No_Name default file. The application seems to be frozen at this point as it doesn't seem to respond to any commands. The programme then shuts down and generates a report which I have included in the attachment.

I have tried all the usual uninstall and reinstall.

I went as far as deleting any draftsight leftovers in the system as well as cleaning the registry of DraftSight keys I could find and then reinstall the programme but still no joy.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
