Is anybody aware of a method of turning off the Home Panel is DraftSight 2015.

I am aware that it can be closed, but once you do, the next time you start DraftSight your preference is not remembered and the Home Panel is back again.

I have had a quick look around in preferences and there does not seem to be anything in there that allows you to switch the Home Panel off.
