I have just installed Draftsight 2017 x64 SP1 on my Windows 10 64-bit machine, replacing a previous version that used to work perfectly and then would not run due to the Hotfix issue.   The program will not start - it just asks for activation, flashes the home page briefly, and then closes.  Try again - same thing.  I have uninstalled and re-installed - no difference.
