Running Draftsight V1R3 X64 on a Windows 7 64bit laptop.

When I insert a JPG as a reference image it shows correctly in the preview window but all that shows in the drawing window is the box surrounding the image, not the image itself.

Others are having this same issue but I haven't found a fix anywhere online.

I'm in the process of downloading V1R3.1 to see if that corrects the issue
