Now do not get me wrong    DraftSite  could be a lot better    but for free  it is as good as some pay for programs.

Also this forum leaves a lot to be desired   i belong to another cad forum that is great  ask a question and you get a answer

Now for the reason  don't blame draftsite   Now to make a lot of you mad at me but also to try to help you.

I have DraftSite on my dell tower unit  running windows 10 64 bit    (DraftSite SP2  X64)

i pulled out an old laptop  Toshiba  model: satellite  A505   (a 2009 model)  with an intel (r)  i3 processor  64 bit operating system  and  4gb of ram  and  windows 7 home premium (service pack  1)

 i downloaded draftsight SP2 X64     then i uninstalled it    then i downloaded it again

ALL DOWN LOADS WORK PERFECT   EVERY TIME

so come on folks   use your head   we can not fix your computer   find out for yourself why it will not work   then help others i do not know what you are doing but i bet it is you or your computer 9 times out of 10

It could be any or all of the following:  Microsoft    firewall   antivirus program  compatibility issue  start checking this out for yourself.  If all else fails then ask for help.

For those of you have a problem on how to do something   keep on asking   (in other words you are up and running)
