Does DraftSight Actually Provide Any Customer Support?

We renewed our Draftsight Professional subscription in February this year but have since been totally unable to upgrade our currently installed 2021 version to the latest 2023 version. I have now submitted two requests for assistance regarding this issue with Dassault Systemes Draftsight support page, providing details of the specific issue along with screenshots and crash dump zip files but, many weeks later, we have received absolutely no response. Thankfully, our 2021 version is still working but having subscribed for a further year it would be nice to be able to use the software version that we have actually paid for. Just wondering if such appalling customer support is the norm for Draftsight? Needless to say, unless we receive a response and solution to this issue, we will not be renewing our subscription again for another year.
