Hello,

When I enter a distance in ft-in (say 13' 6 1/2" at 30 degrees) entered in DraftSight as 6'5-3/4<45, the software does not execute the fractional portion of the distance. Precision set at 1/16. The command line shows the following: 

Specify next point» @13'-6

Point or option keyword required.

Options: Segments, Undo, Enter to exit or
Specify next point» 1/2"<30

Is this a bug and if there is a fix for this? I rolled back to SP0 since SP1 was crashing on rotate command. I have not tried the SP2 yet.
