How do I display print styles in the layout/sheet view?  Currently the layout view looks the same as the model view except it has a white background instead of black.  Print styles (.ctbs) I am used to using print as color=thickness.  I have created this style of .ctb and would like to be able to view it in real time on the layout view.  In AutoCAD there is a checkbox for "display plot styles".
