My customer is having a display problem where when Draftsight is opened, it looks like the image attached. Instead of black background, it shows a lot of lines across the screen, which looks like some sort of display error. He had tried to remove and reinstall, but the problem still persist. Any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance.
