Still having issues with dimension extension lines not overlapping, but getting trimmed and offset and leaving a space in the extension line.

Is there a setting to stop this, I have looked all over and cannot seem to find the setting. I did pose this question several weeks ago and was not able to get a solution.

Any help will be appreciated.
