Recently upgraded Draftsight Premium 2019.

In this version any time you click any line or object a dialogue box pops up next to your cursor. 99% of the time it is just in the way and it is highly annoying. 

I've searched the menus trying to get rid of it but that's pretty impossible without knowing what jargon they use to name it in the first place.

Secondly, I'm sure this question has been asked before but when i search the forum there doesn't appear to be a way to open any of the old questions to see if anyone has answered.
