Draft Sight provides a lot of information in the help section on how to make blocks, delete blocks in drawings, insert blocks, etc.  What I want to know is how do I get rid of old blocks (not in any drawings) that I no long want to use.  There must be some kind of library where they are kept.  How can I empty or selectively delete blocks in this library?
