One of our staff members tried to deactivate a Draft Sight Standard licence on one machine then transfer the licence to another.
He was not connected to the network when he tried to deactivate the licence.
On the machine that he tried to deactivate the licence, draftsight no longer works (asks to reauthorize), but draftsight will not authorize on the other laptop either.
On the original computer when going through the activation process it stated that Activation Count Exceeded, but when I run the activation wizard Draft Sight Standard is active (until December 2020) but will not run.
