Deactivate License

One of our customers has had a computer fall over, and their license of draftsight is still attached to to that pc.

Can someone tell me what the procedure to deactivate it, if they no long have access to that pc.

I thought i knew this, i have found other posts saying to send emails to

Draftsight.Standard.Online@3ds.com: used by DraftSight Standard users

DraftSight.Professional.Online@3ds.com: Used by DraftSight Professional users

But they emailed and were given an sr number but nothing happened after that, i did the same thing to try to help them and the same happened to me.

Is there a new procedure? or how long does it normally take to deactivate the license?
