I want to use my Draftsight on my laptop at home. I've deactivated many, many times(on my office desktop) and then activated on my laptop and worked for a few hour at home in the evening. Of course you must reverse the process when you want to once again work on the office computer. Now when I try to deactivate on my desktop at work I get a "Deactivation count exceeded" error message.

I've sent an email to Draftsight support but that has gone unanswered. Anyone have a clue what to try next?
