Deactivate a licence on a dead computer

I've sent multiple requests with the latest being eight days ago, seeking a way to deactivate my licence that was left tied up on a failed hard drive. The most recent request logged on your system was SR # 1-24424126057, as yet I have received no reply from either. The chat bot is useless as it does not understand my situation and your glacially slow process of remote auto - managing via service issue receipts for this not uncommon situation withfull subscription customers verges on disrespect. i can find no phone number (of course you would need paid staff to man it) and having no other recourse but to wait on your good graces to remmedy my situation has become inefficient for me and is extremely frustrating. Given this situation I will not renew my subscription if I can find other products to replace the job I had Draftsight do.
