Data and cursor are invisible in drawing area

I have draftsight on several computers with no problems. On one computer however the data and cursor are invisible. Only the white XY indicator is visible in the black drawing area.

SYMPTOMS:

Load any file (it is not specific to any particular file) and the draw window will not show the data nor will the cursor be visible. When you move the cursor around the screen, the element that is currently under the cursor will become visible in that typical 'fuzzy' drawn state that comes from having the cursor over it. As the cursor moves off that element it becomes invisible again. The end result is that as you move the cursor all around the 'blank' drawing area pieces of the drawing will flicker on and off as the cursor passes over them.

Starting a new drawing and creating data has the same problem. When creating a line, the snap to box is visible around the cursor. Creating the first point begins a white 'rubber band' line that follows the cursor location and that is visible. When I create the second point, the completed segment between points 1 and 2 disappears and the rubber band line is again visible.. from the second point to the cursor.. etc. As I construct the line it remains invisible with only the rubber band line and the snap to boundary visible.

FIXES ATTEMPTED:

Rebooted - Installed the latest video driver - Uninstalled Draftsight, deleted all draftsight related folders and registry entries, reinstalled draftsight - changed color of cursor - changed color of draw window - imported and activated a profile from another pc.

ENVIRONMENT

Windows 7 / Nvidia GT 630 / draftsight V1R3 64bit
