I have posted many questions regarding problems with my Draftsight not properly responding to commands or being very sluggish.

I believe I have swerved into what may be an issue for me and may also be for many others. I use my program on and off for personal projects like creating small residential renovation, additions or new construction and tend to leave the program open for days.  

My most recent problem had to do with the fact that for a couple of days, there was no autosave and my attempts to save were unsuccessful, so I lost quite a bit of work.

I learned I had a problem as I tried to print but the program crashed. I do recall that my program does crash a lot!

So, as I recalled all my issues with Draftsight, they seemed to go away after these shutdowns and restarts which leads me to believe that the program functions best if it does not remain on for days at a time. Anyone else experience this? I run the program on a Mac.
