I need some help on the following.

1. When starting Draftsight, my toolbars customization (my personal customization), goes back

to the programs customization. and

2. When I try to create a new toolbar,

The view window that opens in my program is the one shown in the photo A,

instead othe view window shown in the photo B.

What I want to know , am I doing something wrong or what is wrong?
