i am trying to make a tool that will insert a block and allow for user input.

I want to select the tool, which will initiate the line command.  I can draw a line, then command continues by adding a block (a break line symbol).  Command could terminate here and I could add the last line or it could be included in the command string. 

Here is what i have so far, but it only starts the line command then quits.  (break is the name of the block)

^C^C_L;\\\\i;break;

Obviously my skills are weak, any help would be appreciated.  Or maybe someone has already created a breakline tool and would share.
