We have a user who is experiencing issues with his cursor in DraftSight 2019 SP3. I have found a few user questions on here from July through October of last year describing this issue. The attached image shows the user's cursor with a weird set of symbols appearing beneath it. We have tried modifying the cursor settings, uninstalling and reinstalling the software, and reverting to SP2, but these symbols remain. The image was taken with a cell phone because the weird symbols do not show up in a standard screenshot. For whatever reason, Windows does not recognize the cursor "smudge". Has anyone else seen this issue? Any solutions available? Thanks for the help!
