When I finish editing a note and exit the dialog box, the cursor stays in EDIT ANNOTATION mode, instead of reverting to the normal cursor.

I have to exit this mode (ESC) to get back to the regular cursor.

Note: This does not occur when I exit from the initial edit note dialog, which pops up when the note is first created

Is this a bug or am I missing a setting?
