When hoovering my cursor over a pallet or settings window, my cursor dissapears.

Cursor is showing in the drawing and on the pallet top, but I cannot see it when selecting a tool or adjusting a setting. 

This is very annoying, can anyone help me?

I installed the latest version and working on a M1 with Ventura 13,2,1
