Hi
I have several users who are trying to connect to the new 2017 version of draft sight and After I fill in our information and hit activate, draft sight will instantly crash and close and not give me the email prompt. All computers are for windows 7 64 bit, fresh installs. Ive followed all the troubleshooting steps on the forums and other articles and nothing is working. Ive attached a log of it not connecting. It could be our firewall blocking it and if you can tell me which server I need to connect to, I can look at logs and see if somethings being blocked.
