I am free user of V1R4x64.  Have installed the hotfix but now get immediate crash with every command I try to execute.  All basic commands such as line, copy/paste, rotate, move, etc. can be initiated.  The crash occurs when an attempt is made to complete the command.  For example, with copy/paste an object can be selected, the copy command given, but when executing "paste" either by cntrl-V or the drop down menu, the crash occurs.

A screen shot of the error is attached.  It says that "The program must close."  I'm at a loss....
