Greetings.

I am still having issues with seeing available printers.  I have had some success though. Logged in as "Administrator" , the installation was successful, in that I can see available printers. It also prints correctly. Logged in  as user "Owen" I still get a message "Print Spooler Error Cant open default printer".

It is interesting to note that the only time we saw the "Activate" screen was during the installation in "Administrator" . When logged in "normally", and right clicking on "run as Administrator", it does NOT show available printers.

I am running Win 7 64 bit Professional, and DS1V2.0

Any suggestions?
