Shortly after installing Draftsite 2020 my computer hard drive failed and had to be wiped back to factory settings.

I have reloaded draftsite but cannot activate it, as it tells me to deactivate it first, which I cannot do as all data was lost.

There must be a way of transferring the license if the computer fails losing all data
